About meWelcome to my portfolio!
Provincia
Set in a post-apocalyptic version of Italy, where a world-wide nuclear war has left the earth covered in a thick poisonous fog. The player takes flight as a fearless mercenary pilot venturing between the colonized mountain tops, far above the deadly smog, in search for adventure and fortune.
Ludum Detector
Ludum Detector is developed for, and in cooperation, with researchers at Uppsala University. It is a highly cusomizable platform that allows researchers to build test sequences for causality research.
ReLeap
ReLeap is an arcade game about anticipation and release. It is played in
a custom built booth that further amplifies those feelings. The player
navigates the level by pulling and pushing on a handlebar to charge and jump,
while using their feet to slide.
In 2019, the game was showcased at GDC in
San Francisco, on the alt.ctrl.GDC showfloor, accompanied by a mobile version.
Timesink
This game was developed by a team of three, in merely a week. This is the final game in a series of experimental games, all designed with different themes and restrictions in mind. Timesink is a game that is inspired by the song with the same name, by the composer Lorn. The game utilizes different parts of the song to set the mood for the different effects that the weapon can project.
Paint Your Way
Using non-conventional input, Paint Your Way lets up to four players paint their race tracks and then race on them, by converting the movement from physical paint rollers into the game.
Fake News
A couch cooperative game, originally made during a game jam, and later polished. You and your friends are producing fake news at a news channel. Clickbait headlines are rolling in, while you do your best to create the scenery and go live, trying to get as many views as possible.
Navisy: Creatures of the Deep
This is the first proper game that I was part of developing. The theme for the project was to make a shoot 'em up game with a boss ending. The game takes a different approach to the classic genre, by allowing unrestricted movement with dynamic storytelling.
Miscellaneous
AI simulation
There's something entertaining about watching simple creatures do their chores, whether it be an ant farm or digital sheep in a virtual pasture. In one of these simulations you have sheep grazing the fields while avoiding becoming prey to the wolves. In the other, you have a robot on an unexplored planet, collecting light orbs for a space ship. These simulations make use of pathfinding with A*, and behaviors with state machines.
Lunar lander
The classic Lunar Lander. It is made entirely with mathematical calculations for physics and collision, and matrix transformations for movement and rotation.
Web development
The website you're currently looking at is entirely made by me. I've developed plenty of websites and applications. See one of my other websites, made for a gaming community.
Below is a design mockup for a plaform in development.
